Hello America, Welcome to Sacred Heart

After a long tiring day driving from Home to Connecticut I have arrived and finished my first day at the new job. It only seemed fitting that when I left to pass the Peter's Township Clubhouse on route to 79 to Grove City to meet up with my director as we head out together. Passing by and seeing memories in the windshield as vividly as they were in life was quite a site. Then the long drive and stopping off a few times to eat and stretch the legs. When we went through New Jersey and into New York and finally made our way across state lines and into Connecticut and turned on the Merritt Parkway. This is no ordinary parkway Pittsburgher's. This was surrounded by woodlands and even had wood guard rails. We hit rush hour traffic and a 20 minute drive took 1 hour and 45 minutes. We finally made it to our final destination Sacred Heart University! Once we arrived we looked around campus and made our way to the labs I will be teaching in. Moved in to our living areas and begun digging through supplies and what we needed. Went to dinner to Ruby Tuesday's in the local mall and then back to work. Today I went for breakfest finished the lab set up so the IT guys could come in and do their thing. (something I was glad not to do). As they were doing thier thing I started my lesson planning. Went to the store for things I forgot. Ate lunch with some colleuges and just got back from a long day and dinner at a Pizza place near by.

I included Pictures from the trip and today.

All packed up note the hockey skates and a TV!
